2015 Spring Baseball & Softball Registration - OPEN
Sign-up for Spring has begun and again there will be a 10 % registration reduction for all those signing up in the month of October.

** If you want your child placed in Maverick, email the registration director after registering. Otherwise, you will be defaulted to Pinto or Coach Pitch depending on the child's age on 4/30/15.

There is a $50 per family activity fee required for the spring season. THis can be reimbursed to you by volunteering in the spring in the concession stand, volunteering for equipment handout, candy handout, and other various needs we have.

2013 BAT RULE CHANGE
Effective January 1, 2013, all minus three (-3) bats used in PAC games must be BBCOR certified. All BBCOR approved bats shall be labeled with a silk screen or other permanent certification mark.

All other bats, must be certified as manufactured to achieve a Bat Performance Factor (BPF) of 1.15 or less. Legal bats will be stamped with "BPF 1.15" or there will be text on the barrel of the bat specifying that the bat is BPF 1.15 compliant.

Please note that this new bat rule does not apply to softball bats.

HELMETS
Just a reminder that the PAC will not issue helmets to teams for batting this season. Each player is responsible to provide their own helmet(NOCSAE approved). Also all girls softball players must have a cage on the front of the helmet and all boys ages 10 and under must also have a cage.

Eich's Sports located at 143rd & Van Dyke already have their 2013 helmets in stock for sale. If you have any questions about your helmet needs please contact Eich's Sports at 815-436-3771

To be considered a Manager for the 2015 Spring Baseball and Softball Season you must fill out manager's application and return it by 1/6/15 to the designated VP of that sport.  Below is the application.  Thank you for stepping out and supporting PAC.  Without each of you this program cannot continue.

HITTING CAMP

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 30th             

Cost $ 40(Proceeds go to PSHS Baseball Program)

Grades 5 - 8 -- 11:00 am to 1:00 pm

Grades 1 - 4 -- 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm

Bill Krejci has been affiliated with USA baseball for 18 years. 

In 1998 Krejci was an assistant on the USA youth team that won the gold

medal at the world games in Fairview Heights, IL.

The next year Krejci’s team won the gold medal.

He was also the head coach for the Junior team which won a

silver medal at the world championships in Edmonton, Canada.

He is presently an advisor for all levels of USA baseball and

Member of the NWMSU Hall of Fame and the Iowa Baseball Hall of Fame.
